Pre-Sales Specialist

Job Description
1. To observe and follow the rules and regulations of the Company as contained in the employee’s manual and in memorandums issued and to be issued by management from time to time.
2. Working closely with Sales Team on proposals and pitches for business.
3. Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a go to person for functional and technical discussion.
4. Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
5. Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
6. Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
7. Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
8. Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
9. Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
10. Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
11. Producing detailed costing for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable.
12. Prepare PMAS for evaluation.
13. To perform such other functions which management may assign to you from time to time.

Job Requirements
• Candidate must be a graduate of any IT or Business related courses
• At least 2 years of experience in system and/or business process analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
• Experience in HRIS and Payroll software is preferred
• Must be willing to do field work as a consultant
